FAQ
What do I need to provide as a customer?
A room with a ceiling height of at least 3.5 metres. A 220-volt power connection and free access to the room. The room must be suitable and approved as a production facility with personnel in terms of fresh air, light, outside view, etc.
What clean room classes are possible?
Up to ISO 7 or GMP C without any problems. After that, you must consult with the relevant authorities to see whether they accept temporary clean rooms.
How do I get a quote?
We will send you a short questionnaire. Based on your answers, we will send you a 3D design of the room. If you agree with this, you will receive a binding quote.
How quickly is the room available and for how long?
Depending on our stock, within a week. You determine the rental period.
What happens in the event of a power failure?
The outer frame holds the shell in position until the air conditioning system starts up again.
Do I need a cleanroom floor?
If the existing floor is not suitable for the desired cleanroom class, a suitable floor can be rented additionally.
Can I bring cables or wires into the room?
Yes, there are lockable grommets in the floor every 2 metres for electricity, high pressure, etc.
What happens if the tent is damaged?
Self-adhesive repair strips are supplied, which can be stuck onto the damage. In the event of more extensive damage, elements will be replaced.
How does the RLT- unit work?
Outside air is drawn in, passed through filters and fed into the room. There, it is distributed evenly via a ventilation hose and pushed back into the outside environment through openings near the floor by means of positive pressure – a recirculation system with a source outlet.
How are the rooms certified?
After completion, it is possible to commission an ‘as built’ certification by an independent testing institute
